There is something about Chris Gayle in the fourth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

He has played just seven matches so far and has already rocketed to the top of the batting charts with 436 runs at an astonishing strike rate of 201.85!

The 31-year-old West Indian played only a dozen deliveries on Saturday, but those were good enough for him to make a mark, again, and help Royal Challengers Bangalore inflict a four-wicket defeat on the Kolkata Knight Riders in a rain-curtailed tie at the Chinnaswamy.

With this win, their seventh on the trot, RCB are now at the top of the table.
