The latest media report from sports, Chris Tremlett, has recovered from a side strain and will ready to join the England's World Cup squad to provide bowling support.
The selectors from the England has told media today, Surrey pace bowler Chris Tremlett will be flying to Bangladesh as a traveling reserve with England’s World Cup squad on Saturday February 12.
Tremlett, who is now recovered from a side strain, will be on standby to be added to the 15-man squad in the event that the selectors need to apply to the Event Technical Committee to replace an injured player.
While talking to media, the National selector Geoff Miller said:, “Whilst the injured bowlers in the 15-man squad are all progressing well, the selectors have decided it would be prudent to have an additional player on hand who is acclimatised in case we need to apply to the Event Technical Committee for a replacement due to injury.”
